1. Place sweatband on wrist with logo facing toward user. Towel is underneath.
    2. Then begin your activity.
    3. Once you want to wipe off the sweat, simply use the tab to flip the towel forward, allowing your fingers to slip underneath strap for better control.
    4. Then begin wiping sweat off .
    5. When finished, fold towel back, at the seam, to let the specifically-engineered magnets secure it tightly back in place.

    It only takes a second to flip out and back again…and you don’t have to stop what you are doing.
